Your records never leave your device. The app has no accounts, no advertising and no servers. The one thing it sends is how the app is used, with every word and photo hidden — see "How the app is used" below.
Your animals, events, treatments, protocols and settings are written to storage on your own device and stay there. We cannot read them, because they never reach us.
The app can write a backup file or a CSV. That file goes wherever you send it — the share sheet, Files, iCloud Drive, email. Once it leaves the app it is governed by whichever service you chose, not by us. We never see it.
The app uses Microsoft Clarity to see where people tap, scroll and which screens they open, so we can fix what is confusing. Every word and photo on screen is hidden before anything is sent, so no animal, event or treatment is included. Clarity also receives the device model, OS version, app version and a random identifier that is not tied to you or any account. Microsoft handles this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
There is none. The app contains no advertising SDK and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
The app is a livestock record book and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
Settings has an option that erases every record on the device. Deleting the app also removes its storage. There is nothing held elsewhere to request the deletion of.
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. If a future version of the app transmits anything more, that will be stated plainly here and in the App Store privacy label before it ships.
