The list of helpers is empty

Helpers appear once someone in your ZIP code has shared a job. If nobody has yet, add a helper you already use: on Home or My helpers, tap Add a helper you've used and answer the three questions. They show for you straight away, and for neighbors if you leave sharing on.

Why does it open three separate messages?

An iPhone does not let an app send a text for you, and one text to three numbers becomes a group chat. So the app opens one ready-written message per helper, and you press Send on each.

A helper replied, but the app still says "waiting"

Replies arrive in your Messages app, which other apps cannot read. Open the request, tap Add a reply and enter the price and time they offered. The app then shows whether that price is within what neighbors paid.

There is no price for a service

A "usually" price shows only after at least three neighbors have shared what they paid. One or two prices are somebody's bill, not what a service usually costs.

An entry is wrong

Open the helper's page and tap Report a problem with this entry. It is hidden on your device straight away and sent to us to check.

Sharing a job did not work

Sharing needs your device to be signed in to iCloud. If it is not, or you had no signal, the job is saved on your device and sent the next time you open the app.
